Come inwards towards the fire, towards the simple basic physical and energetic elements of life moving... this is a song-prayer for fire, water, air and earth.

What I mean by "Light and Darkness find your places in this heart of mine" is an acceptance in both the light and shadow sides of self, because both are needed for growth perpetuation, for connection to self deepening.... from my own heart, this spills out into my connection deepening with others, with nature, with spirit.

As we move into the colder months, the inward time of reflection and rest, dormancy, quiet sleeping germination of the next generation of myself is taking place. My skin will be shed and regenerated by the assimilation of worked lessons, so that I continue to evolve in my life's purpose.
